After
nearly destroying each other’s careers, PI-intern Val LeRoy and seasoned Las
Vegas P.I. Drake Morgan are forced to work together. If each had their
way, they’d walk, but when threatened by a dangerous criminal who jeopardizes
their lives and families, they put aside their differences to solve the case. As
the hunt for the truth intensifies and their passion rivals the triple-digit
temperature, Val and Drake learn why Las Vegas is the city that never sleeps….

i have never really thought of being a P.I. but i wouldnt mind it. it really sounds interesting to be a P.I.
I don't think I have ever read a book with Las Vegas as the city. Most mysteries are set on either coast, or New Orleans.
No, I think the work of a P.I. would be risky.
No that's definitely not something Ive ever wanted to be. Plus, Id be really really bad at it! Im always the last to figure out a mystery! ;)
I actually have never wanted to be a P.I. However, I absolutely admire their tenacity and drive to "get the job done".
Funny, I have no desire to be a PI! I prefer safe careers.
I can't say I have ever wanted to be a PI and have never thought much about it. Could be kind of fun though. Entering under the name of Virginia.
No, never a PI, late hours and cold coffee. No thank you.Deb P
Deb, you're right about the late hours (although I always made sure I had hot coffee).
After 10 years being a P.I., I'm pretty much retired (although I do an occasional case for a favorite client). Don't miss the odd hours, and definitely don't miss conducting long surveillances. I did enjoy the different cases, though.
Thanks everyone for participating in my release day for Sleepless in Las Vegas!
I don't think I would be very good at it.

Aren't all of us women P.I.'s already? I think it would be thrilling!
It might be interesting work but I don't think I am cut out for --spying..lol
I think I'd rather read about it
I haven't but it seems like a cool job
