Oh My...Marco DeLuca...Where have you been all my life?  If you are looking for a Romance filled with meddling families, hysterical one-liners and a sizzling sexual attraction...well SUMMER IN NAPA is it!

Six months ago, New York restaurant owner Alexis “Lexi” Moreau walked in on her husband, Jeff, and their sous chef mixing business with pleasure. Now, Lexi is back in her hometown of St. Helena, California, rebuilding her life and hoping to turn her grandmother’s patisserie into the bistro of her dreams. All she needs is luck, lots of hard work, and a way to avoid the thirty blind dates her matchmaking grandmother arranged.

Enter Marco DeLuca — Jeff’s handsome, commitment-phobe best friend who has always had his sights set on Lexi. In high school, Marco convinced himself that Lexi was off-limits. And she still is, especially since Marco’s family’s wine business all depends on a deal with Jeff. But a fake summer romance is the perfect way for Lexi to distract the would-be suitors her grandmother has set up for her. A perfect way for Marco to realize she’s the only one that ever mattered. And a perfect way to fall deliciously in love.

SUMMER IN NAPA was such a fun read!  Marina Adair throws you into this town called St. Helena, where the family fueds run deep and the "Nonna's" love to play matchmaker!  I think I had the most laughs because of the "Nonna's, Pricilla and ChiChi had me wishing that I was one of their grandkids.

My Handle is HotBuns, one word with the circled little a before it, if you want to follow me.  I'm up to seven thousand followers. - Nonna Pricilla

I am a sucker for a "Family" series, where we get to see many of the same characters in each book.  I love the family dynamic of the DeLuca Family, the four big brothers and their sister Abby, who you meet in the first book of the series KISSING UNDER THE MISTLETOE, which I have to read now by the way, cause I am nosy like that, and need to be in on ALL the gossip in St. Helena...I know...I should hangout with the Nonna's.

Our heroine, Lexi Moreau, comes home after her ex is remarried and just wants to get her life back together, when all her grandmother wants to do is set her up with EVERY available man in town.  Marco, who just so happens to be her ex's best friend, but also the man who has been in love with Lexi since they were fourteen, has offered to "Stand in as her man" to keep the ladies off Lexi's back, while she tries to get the plans for her bistro up and running.

She used to consider herself a romantic.  Not anymore. She'd been there, done that, already returned the T-Shirt.

But, there are some MAJOR MAJOR obstacles in her way, and Marc might just know what some of them are, but when it comes to Lexi, he seems to lose his brain every time he is around her, so there are somethings that he might have forgot to mention to her, until its TOO late!

Lexi and Marc have a chemistry that heats up the kitchen, the bedroom and I think even the bathroom mirror was fogged!  Adair writes a couple who you will be cheering for from the beginning and just waiting for that first kiss...OMG...I was SITTING ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT DYING FROM THE SEXUAL TENSION!!!

And just from the small tidbits here and there, I know the next few books in the series are gonna be GOOOOOD!!  I want me some Hard Hammer Tanner...Oh baby!  Can't wait to see what's next in the St. Helena Vineyard Series...It will be on my TBR list for SURE!!!
