A little dark, a little dangerous and quite sexy, Vincent steps into the spotlight of this self-titled New Adult Romance with a flair for the dramatics...and that's just the hero Vincent...he sure loves to start some drama...and fights...and more fights...haha. Is it bad to say that I always find myself laughing at some of the conversations between Vincent, Amo and Nero?
We meet Lake towards the end of Nero (Made Men #1), and you can already see the flash of fire in Vincent over Lake...not that he plans to do anything about it since Lake is his step-sisters best friend. BUT...who ever said that Vincent has self-control was sadly mistaken.
Lake spends most of her life trying to please others and once Vincent has her back, she finally has a few moments of true happiness...and a few moments of bad decision making which had me cracking up. (Fans of Jamie Begley will understand!)
The story line was interesting and definitely not your typical New Adult angst-written release. The Made Men series is one I definitely recommend to buy!

My good intentions always led to disaster. The cold hard truth is that I was
never meant to be a father to Lily. Staying in Treepoint, Kentucky for a few
weeks to get to know my daughter was meant to be a time of discovery, instead I
find out that she’s married to a killer and living in a sex club. I’m going to
find out how to destroy The Last Riders and give Lily the future she deserves.

OK...Jamie Begley DOES IT AGAIN...She makes me fall in love with another guy that is not my husband. I tell ya, I am planning to become a member of The Last Riders in another life! Maybe Jamie will want to write a New member named Lisa...hummmm....
Ok...you girls are gonna LOVE King!! He was a bad ass but when it came to Evie, there was just something about her that got into his heart, and made a comfy home there..."Shit just won't go away". (What movie is that from...hummmm)
I found that I love Evie even more after reading KING...she is truly amazing...and I am so happy that Jamie gives us her under belly for a change!! We get to see what her back story was, and how she came about to become a Last Rider (be ready with some kleenex).
And I got to see my Knox...so that just made my year...and of course we get to see all our friends in Treepoint, and visit our friends in Queens City (which is in Texas, but as I am from NY, I kept thinking they were in Queens...haha).
One of the best parts was a scene between Razor and Beth...will just melt your heart, especially if you were on #TeamBeth while reading RAZOR'S RIDE.

owning a restaurant. My mother was one of the best cooks I have ever known, and
she instilled in all her children the value of hard work, and education.
Taking
after my mother, I’ve always love to cook, and became pretty good if I do say
so myself. I love to experiment and my unfortunate family has suffered through
many. They now have learned to steer clear of those dishes. I absolutely love
the holidays and my family puts up with my zany decorations.
For now, my
days are spent writing, writing, and writing. I have two children who both
graduate this year from college. My daughter does my book covers, and my son
just tries not to blush when someone asks him about my books.
Currently I
am writing four series of books- The Last Riders, The Dark Souls, The VIP Room,
and Biker Bitches series. My favorite book I have written is Soul Of A Woman,
which I am hoping to release during the summer of 2014. It took me two years to
write, during which I lost my mother, and brother. It’s a book that I truly
feel captures the true depths of love a woman can hold for a man. In case you
haven’t figured it out yet, I am an emotional writer who wants the readers to
feel the emotion of the characters they are reading. Because of this, Teased is
probably the hardest thing I have written.
All my
books are written for one purpose- the enjoyment others find in them, and the
expectations of my fans that inspire me to give it my best. In the near future
I hope to take a weekend break and visit Vegas that will hopefully be this
summer. Right now I am typing away on my next story and looking forward to
traveling this summer!”
