FINALLY, I was able to get my act together and read PRIMA DONNA, the New Release from Laura Drewry with Loveswept (Random House). I am kinda sad that I didn't read PLAIN JAYNE, not that you have to read before PRIMA DONNA, but just that there are characters in PRIMA DONNA that as a series whore, I would have liked to have read their romance as well. I will just have to go back and read about Jayne and Nick!
A light-hearted read with humor and emotion that hints at the likes of a Kristan Higgins romance. PRIMA DONNA was nothing short of fabulous! Carter...um...can we say SEXYYYY? I do love a guy who has commitment issues..but with good reason....and Regan doesn't mind a bit, cause she isn't looking for a long-term thing from a man ANYWAY! Her life is all in shambles at the moment, and a few rolls in the hay with the smokin hot, motorcycle riding doctor...well...doesn't that just make your mouth water!
Things shift, feelings change and the heart-warming romance captures the readers attention and doesn't let go!
