EXPOSED TO PASSION Prize Pack
Leading a vagabond life as a curator for a traveling photography exhibit translates to a lot of bad days for Rikki Salerno. But her trouble doubles when a careless high school student shoves her into a marsh. Being rescued by teacher Sam Kerrigan should have made things better, but Rikki’s inability to confess her true identity casts a shadow over their budding affair.
When Sam refuses an overly aggressive parent’s marriage proposal, she’s determined to ruin him. Not only does she doctor photos to make it look like Sam’s behaved inappropriately in front of students, she hacks the foundation website to reveal Rikki’s true identity. Faster than the blink of a shutter, Rikki’s focus changes from pursuing her full-color future to the black and white necessity of clearing Sam’s name.
I honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I started EXPOSED TO PASSION, but what I found was A Little Bit Sweet, a Little Bit Sexy and a lot of emotion. It almost reminded me of my favorite Soap on Television, or those old school Harlequin's full of drama...oh the drama...when your life is the same every day, as mine is, a little bit of drama shakes things up!!
My favorite character, funny enough, wasn't the hero or the heroine, but the heroines brother Gunnar. I don't know why, except that when he walked onto the page, I was like...I LOVE this guy! I spent quite a bit of the second half of the book wanting to smack Sam, the hero, and when his brother Jack finally told him that he was being a jerk, I was like...YEAH!!
I'm glad that Rikki stood up for herself and didn't just take Sam back, acting like he hadn't been a jerk...cause he was...and I was right there with Rikki...like "I don't know if you should forgive hi Rikki"...but in the end, I did believe he was sorry for being a monumental jerk...You can see that I am not quite over it!
This was my first in the series, but I think I will have to go back and read the first two, especially if I get my hit of drama that I will be craving!

Eventually, her full-time job as a writer interfered with her desire to be a writer full-time and she left the world of financial products behind to pursue an avocation as a romance author. Her gamble paid off when she was a 2012 Finalist in the prestigious Golden Pen contest for Romantic Suspense and she received contracts for her first and second book.

Good morning and thank you for spotlighting Exposed To Passion today. And for the lovely review. You'll be happy to know you aren't the only person in love with Gunnar. he's emerging as a fan favorite, so it's a good thing he'll be the hero in the next book in the Five Senses series. I've almost finished it and hope to send it to my editor by the end of the month. Thanks for hosting me today.
