Occupation: Former Marine. Rancher (aka hot cowboy). Stubborn hardware and feed store owner.

Physical Description: A strapping 6 ft. 3 in. Dark, slightly curly hair with a hint of silver at the temples. Deep chestnut eyes. Dimples. A physique toned from hard work. And a wings of freedom tattoo on his upper back.

Likes: His town of Sweet, Texas—just the way it is. Anything historic or traditional. The Texas Rangers. Well worn cowboy boots. And Charlotte Brooks—much to his dismay.

Dislikes: Change. Loss. His brothers, Jackson, Jesse, and Jake’s sarcasm. He really hates that.

Relationship Status: Hot for Charlotte Brooks.

Typical Friday Night: Hanging out with his family or hitting up Seven Devils Saloon.

Drink of Choice: Shiner Bock Ale.

Favorite Food: Barbecued ribs—the way Charlotte eats them. His mother’s cobbler. And peaches. Ripe, juicy peaches. Or at least a woman that smells like ripe, juicy peaches.

Favorite Song: The Man in Love with You by George Strait.

Choice of Transportation: His father’s old red truck.

Boxers or Briefs: Boxer-briefs. Usually black or dark blue.

Best Memory to Date: Best young boy memory: being adopted by Jana and Joe Wilder. Best grown man memory: his first kiss with Charlotte Brooks.
